BOTTLES COLLECTED

Our friend Andy Sward started running across Canada and picking up trash in 2013. By April, 2021 he has picked up over 128 thousand bottles and ran over 28 thousand miles. He’s not stopping anytime soon. Andy has a goal of picking up 1 million bottles in his lifetime to leave behind a cleaner earth. He’s inspired us to make change too.

With your help, we can create a movement that will get the public out cleaning their communities leaving a happier and healthier planet along the way. Simply pick up the trash you come across, photograph and count it, and together let’s make the world cleaner.

ANDY'S JOURNEY

In 2013 Andy set a goal to pick up 1 million bottles, cans, and bits of single use plastic while he runs. Since then he has run across Canada 3 times. He pushes a Chariot buggy and is fully self sufficient on his journey. At this pace, it will take Andy until he is 104 years old to accomplish his goal. Let’s pitch in, pick up some trash, and make our communities and the world a cleaner place.
